Series EXPORT 60 has been put under the obligatory clauses, prewritten in the effective norm, with tests of tests made in the C.E.B.T.P. of Paris, with certificate nº 3325, dated the 13/02/1985, having given the following classifications:
Permeability to the air (A3) Reinforced.
Watertightness to the water (E3) Reinforced.
Resistance to the load of the wind (V2). Improved

DETAILS TECHNICIANS
LThe manufacture and installation of a closing with system EXPORT 60, 6060 (UNI are compound of perfileria in aluminum extrusionado in alloy 9006/1) and Weather to the T6 furnace.
The frame or track is available in two measures of depth, one of 53 mm and in case of version of recogecondensa of 66.5 mm.

The profile of track leaf is of 65.5 mm of height, by a depth of 28 mm, independently of the chosen model (or by design of the profile or by thickness of acristalamiento, being able to be this of 6 mm, in the case of leaf with hollow 11 mm, up to 20 mm, for the one of hollow 24 mm, in all the cases, it will go fitted in the profile and without ajunquillar). All it must become installing rubber meetings and practicing in the leaf (for the case of glass camera), drills of ventilation in the perimeter of the same one.

watertightness is obtained interposing between the track and the movable leaf, one it covers with plastic laminae of 7 xs 5.5 HI-FIN, acquiring the classification previously indicated.

Said classification has been obtained using the accessories and meetings specially developed for the same one and reserving the right to us of to guarantee the quality of the closing, in the case of not being fulfilled this requirement.

The protection, in the case of hard anodizing for the aluminum profile, it must be with a thickness minimum of 15 microns (UNI 4522-66) and in the lacados ones, by means of painting in dust, of termoendurecido polyester and cured in the furnace, with thickness between 70 and 80 microns.

Series EXPORT 60 it has been studied and developed jointly with the practicable system All.Co 5 thus having a very complete number of profiles at the time of to project a joint system, between corredero and beating closing.
